Agent Theme Customization
We have been using Studio Press themes now for well over a year and have perfected a solution for integrating IDX.
One such site that we launced is for a Colorado broker specializing in Highlands Ranch. We used a domain specific to the area for “Domain Priority” and chose the Agent Theme to customize the site to be a user-friendly real estate website.
This is a beautiful integration that was was co-customized by WPIDX and Elina, designer and owner of Yoga Life Journey.
The “quick price” links on the landing page is a big hit with users who appreciate the easy-to-search feature. IDX Broker was used as the IDX DATA Provider and we coded the IDX links into the theme for better customization.
In addition, to enhance the easy search links, a few refined/expanded search links to some of the specific category areas delivering even a quicker source for the visitor.
Registration and lead gathering has never been easier. The focus is to give the visitor what they are seeking right up front, keeping the visitor on the site for a longer time and encouraging registration and follow-up.
